Situated on a natural slope offering a wide view, we choose to connect the Four Season Residence to the natural contest and its forms. The construction follows the downward slope of the ground, diving in 4 blocks in all sixteen units. Underground there are car’s boxes and service rooms. The residence overlooks the Mount Titano scenery extending to Romagna’s seacoast. The disposition and the rotation of the different blocks allow each apartment to have a beautiful view of the seacoast. Accommodations are provided by a large balcony and, inside the apartments in the intermediate floors, by a loggia. Surrounded by green, all units in the ground floor have an independent access from there private garden. Supplies are characterized by technological solutions with high profile. The element that redefines building’s features is the metal shadowing system that improves energetic efficiencies: it optimizes the inside climate conditions and it filters sun irradiations. Our main goal was that of guaranteeing the maximum comfort and the livability in all seasons.
