On the wake of the global scale realization of Design Hotels, we decided to plan one also in San Marino. Everything is realized to astonish: furniture, which presents four main nuances (wenge wood, red china varnish, black slate coverings, magical sparkling of the wide glass-topped façades), has been deprived of its original function, in order to amaze and thrill. Wardrobes become exhibition galleries for young painters’ works. Entrance totems number rooms enlightening their entries. The semidark hallways are livened up by totem scenic lights. Relax, meeting and representative places are also created with artistic flair. Decò chairs, Chinese furniture, red and black lithographs contribute to create a series of surreal but multifunctional and contemporary places.
